A cycle starts to move, begins to rotate. Steps become audible and leave traces. In addition, steady, warm breath and impulses that invite encounters. Dances are created, eyes meet. Smile after smile. Confusion upon confusion. - And the circle goes round and round. - Let go, immerse yourself, pause for a moment. And then, with the next impulse, find yourself all the deeper in connections. In a web. With yourself. With others. With everything and this life. Allowing. Catching and being caught. Raising your own voice. - And the circle goes round and round. - Unconditional love in the non-judgmental space of growing empathy. Created for daily training, this soundtrack provides stability, orientation and support.

It was developed by Jan Paul Werge (composer, singer & performance artist) and Johannes Härtl (dancer, choreographer and director of Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance) in countless workshops, retreats and in a specially founded laboratory that researches its continuation on a daily basis.
